1)
Admissions to class-I are done as
per the KVS Admission Guide Lines
2009. Kindly refer

2)
No. of
seats per section / percentage of
reservations to SC and ST students
is followed as per KVS Admission
Guide Lines 2009.
3)
List of
candidates registered for admission
to class-I for both 1st
and 2nd shifts are kept
for reference to the parents in the
website of Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1,
Bhubaneswar i.e.
www.kv1bbsr.org
4)
Parents are
requested to go through the details
of their children and bring to the
notice of the Principal /
Vice-Principal / Admission
In-Charges if there are any
mistakes.
Proforma
requesting correction of the
details in the lists is enclosed
herewith.
5)
The
request for correction of the
details will be examined by the
Vidyalaya and necessary corrections
will be done if required.
6)
The
registrations are continuing and the
last date for registrations is 5 pm
on 20-03-2010.
7)
Provisional selection list of
students for admission to class-I
will be announced on 25-03-2010 at
5pm
8)
As the
time is short, parents are requested
to inform the Vidyalaya if there are
any mistakes on or before 2pm on
23.03.2010. Requests for corrections
after 2 pm 23-03-2010 can not be
entertained.
9) An
employee is treated as transferred
only if he/she has transfers in the
last 07 years.
10)
Date of Birth certificate should be
from competent authority. This will
include certificates from Municipal
corporation /Notified area council
/Municipality/Service records of
Defence Personnel/extract about the
Date of Birth from records of
Village Panchayat.
11)About the provisions of single
girl child - The family must have
only girl child ( No brothers and
sisters). The affidavit must contain
the details of Name of the Child,
Names of both Parents, Place of
Residence, Date of Birth etc. It
should also state that the parent
will inform the Vidyalaya in case of
change in family status.
